Hello! I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. I graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor's of Arts in Recreation Professions with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation. My passion is working with individuals with disabilities and I have worked in that field for over 5 years. The idea to pursue massage therapy came to me while I was working as a social worker at Developmental Pathways. My social worker role opened my eyes to the practice of massage therapy with individuals with disabilities and I knew that was where I belonged! I started my massage therapy journey at Cortiva Institute but upon their closing, I continued my schooling with the Colorado School of Healings Arts. With my initial school closing, I have had the unique experience of receiving schooling and training for 15 months! After graduating from the Colorado School of Healing Arts and becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, I began working as a Massage Therapist at Continuum of Colorado. With my current position, I have the privilege of working with individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. I strongly believe in the power of touch and believe everyone should experience healing.
When I am not massaging, I love to get outdoors, spend time with family and friends, watch movies, go get coffee, and go out to eat. I am lucky enough to have family either in the Denver area or Colorado Springs so we all see each other often. I live close to Wash park and when it is nice out, I love to either walk or run at the park. I also love doing crafts and being creative.
